Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of pest control services provided by Enlisted Pest Control LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial pest control services. The specific scope of work (including target pests, treatment type, and frequency) will be discussed and agreed upon before service is performed.

  • Service recommendations may be based on inspection findings, pest pressures, and property conditions.
  • Treatment methods may include interior and/or exterior applications as appropriate and lawful.
  • We follow applicable label directions and industry-standard safety practices.

2. No Contract Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided without long-term contracts. Customers may select one-time service or recurring service plans as available. If a service agreement, special offer, or plan includes specific terms (such as a minimum term, promotional pricing, or renewal details), those terms will control to the extent they differ from these Terms.

3. Scheduling & Property Access

  • Customers agree to provide safe and timely access to the property for scheduled services, including gates, yards, crawlspaces, attics, mechanical rooms, or interior areas as applicable to the scope of work.
  • Appointments are subject to availability, weather, and operational constraints.
  • If pets are present, customers agree to secure them as needed for safe service delivery.

4. Payments

Payment terms (including price, due date, and any recurring billing cadence) will be agreed upon before service is performed. Prices may vary based on pest type, property size, access conditions, and treatment requirements. Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension of services and/or cancellation of future appointments. You remain responsible for any balances incurred for services already performed.

5. Satisfaction & Follow-Up

We strive to provide effective pest control solutions. Because pest activity can change due to weather, seasonality, sanitation, and structural conditions, follow-up service may be recommended to achieve or maintain desired results.

6. Limitations of Liability

Results may vary depending on infestation severity, pest biology, weather, sanitation, landscaping, structural entry points, and other environmental factors. We are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including pre-existing structural defects, hidden nests, or reinfestation from neighboring properties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or scheduling changes. If we arrive and cannot access the property or complete the agreed scope due to access limitations, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

8. Communication Consent (SMS + Email)

By submitting forms, requesting service, or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to our services via phone, SMS, and email.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • To opt out of SMS, reply STOP.
  • To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link (when provided) or email us to request removal.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Customers agree to provide accurate information needed to quote, schedule, and perform services.
  • Customers agree not to misuse services, interfere with technicians, or request unlawful use of pesticides.
  • We may refuse or discontinue service if safety risks exist or if customer conduct prevents proper service delivery.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to services scheduled or performed after the updated Terms are posted or otherwise communicated to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
